On February 3rd, 2016 Prato Group Foundation signed an agreement of mutual support with the Construction Chamber of Carabobo State with the aim of uniting efforts and institutional capacities of each organization to develop programs, projects and activities that promote quality, improvement and training of manpower in the construction area and similar areas, and encourage entrepreneurship and any other initiative for the sustainable social development in the communities agreed.

Prato Group Foundation pledged to support with educational and training processes to those social responsibility programs that promote and develop the Construction Chamber of Carabobo State, to train and educate labor that benefits the execution of construction activities with greater technical quality and productivity. Likewise, the Construction Chamber of Carabobo State undertook to support the Foundation under the framework of Young Builders Program from Venezuela with human, material and institutional resources, as well as to facilitate support through its affiliates for development of theoretical and practical programs on work training.
