Scholarships for Academic Excellence
Since last October, Prato Group Foundation began the program of scholarships and student assistance in order to encourage and promote academic excellence. As socio-economic support to improve academic performance and promote and encourage an attitude of quality and commitment to children and youth in the development of their academic activities. At the first activity, they have helped 11 students from different Basic levels.
In this sense, meetings were held with Prato Group staff to define conditions and requirements of benefited students to make a pre-selection of students, employees’ children. From this pre - selection process which includes elementary, secondary and college students; 9 students were selected. Six elementary students, two secondary students and one student from college.
PRATO GROUP FOUNDATION will continue with the tender and selection of new scholars and provisions that determine the best operation of the Academic Excellence Scholarship Program.
