ORINOKIA SUITES arises from the housing need generated by the new development area of Panama City: "Green Valley" ECO CITY; whose innovative concept it is based on the use of the natural environment and aims to achieve sustainable development, which makes this project more attractive.
By its location, view and proximity to the lake landscape of the Green Valley Master Plan; Orinokia Suites was designed to evoke the water as a symbol of life. Hence the concept of “Overlook” with glass facades in most angles to achieve the integration of nature beauty from outside to inside the building. And to keep the visual field; It presents window boxes and balconies on each level, along with gardens and green areas all around it in order to isolate the noise, establishing a perimeter privacy that offers more privacy and exclusivity to its residents.
It is conceived as a stylized building and vertical growth, to provide abundant outdoor spaces for the development of complementary activities that support residential use. Includes a stylized volumetry, with harmonic and esthetic construction techniques, a double-height lobby with waterfall, social areas such as party room for 80 people, gym, barbecue area, swimming pool for adults and children, open-air terraces; one located on the ground floor and the other one on the 6th floor, which has been called "green roofs"; all this integrated under the same visual concept to highlight the natural attributes that gives us Green Valley Eco-City.
Orinokia Suites has been designed for all types of families; inviting the comfort that nature gives us and with two important attributes; such as, living near the city and creating their own world to meet again with nature. It has a capacity of 105 apartment units, distributed in 7 models ranging from approximately 100 m2 to 140m2; distributed in 20 levels high.
